Your pregnant! Congratulations, now is the time to have the most amazing photographs taken of you. This is a very special time in your life and it really ought to be recorded. My mother had 3 full term pregnancies and the only photograph she has whilst pregnant is her sitting on a motorcycle with my brother on the back whilst carrying me, 1 picture from 27 months of pregnancy, what a missed opportunity. So come and be pampered, make use of the swimming pool and spa then have your hair styled and makeup applied by professionals and be photographed in a way that emphasises your beauty and pregnancy.

A Few Pointers

Before being photographed when pregnant there are a few things to consider so please read the following points for a few simple ideas to make the experience more worth while:

1/ The ideal time to be photographed is during the 7th month, the bump is a nice size and shape, any later and it is too large and low down to look nice.

2/ remove any tight clothes and underwear a few hours before you are due to be photographed to allow any lines to disappear.

3/ Make sure your hands are clean as they tend to be in the photograph quite a bit. May be go for a manicure a few days before and try to get all the nails the same length.

4/  Have a light snack before you come so that your stomach is not too full but you don’t get hungry or feel faint due to low blood sugar levels. I am 1st aid trained but I really don’t want to have to put it into practice!!!

5/ Bring a selection of clothes, preferably without small stripes or checks, and a dressing gown or something to slip on in case you get cold or need to visit the little girls room.

6/ Remove all jewelry, including watches.

7/ Please be on time and most of all don’t worry, it won’t hurt and have FUN.
